FAQ
Q: Can I change my package after I've booked in?
A: Yes you sure can! You can upgrade or downgrade if you need to, but keep in mind that you will be choosing from the packages/pricing that are current at the time of the change!
Q: Can we hold a date with you without officially booking?
A: Your booking fee (see below) has to be paid and contract signed to hold any dates!
Q: Do you offer video as well as photos?
A: I don't! But I can recommend some excellent wedding videographers as well as any other wedding suppliers that you are still looking for!
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A non-refundable booking fee of $770 is to be paid within 48 hours of booking. This fee is built into each package (and will be deducted from the price of your chosen package) however it is not a 'deposit' on my services, it is a fee for holding your chosen date, which will not be refunded in the case of cancellation or postponement.
Your wedding date won’t be held and prices/packages are not guaranteed for you until this fee is paid in its entirety. By making payment of this fee and signing your wedding contract supplied via email your booking will be made official.
Travel within the Sunshine Coast is included in all packages. This covers from Glass House Mountains through to Coolum, including Maleny, Montville and Flaxton. Travel outside of this area may incur a travel fee, please let me know your location and a quote can be provided. Additional travel costs will be incurred for any weddings held outside of a 300km radius, which may include flights, accommodation and car hire/transfers.
Please get in touch for a custom quote if you are planning a Destination Wedding, as travel costs can sometimes be discounted for certain destinations!
