Welcome! I'm Emma!

I'm a dog obsessed Sunshine Coast photographer living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast on Gubbi Gubbi land. At home I answer to 3 demanding little dachshunds alongside my husband (who is the only thing standing between me and a 30-strong pack of sausage dogs).

I absolutely love animals, dogs especially, so I have always encouraged my clients to bring their dog to their family session, but these days I specialise in sessions that are totally focused on your pet and the bond you share with them! I know first hand how special beautiful images of the ones you love can be, whether human family or the furry kind. They only increase in value with every year that passes.

For 15 years I focused on weddings but these days you will catch me out at sunset creating beautiful imagery of you and your loved ones through family photos and pet sessions. I aim to create images that show you just being yourselves across some seriously stunning locations around the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Family photos aren't just for parents and kids. Singles, couples, their pets, grandparents and their grandkids - whatever family means to you it deserves to be celebrated and relived through photos for years to come!

Some things about me...

I'm your standard "dog mum" Millennial who will always gel the most with people who are also *deeply* dog obsessed. If you hate being interrupted by someone pointing out the cute dog across the road/beach/footpath I might not be for you

My office is full of bright colours and eclectic quirky art, and the rest of my house is totally dark and moody vintage vibes - everything but beige for this girl!

I'm so happy to be out with my friends yapping over dinner, I go hard at a dress up party, I'll say yes to almost any fun adventurous activity, but also I love being home in my comfy clothes on the couch watching bad reality tv, thriller movies or the Office for the 200th time

I always want to see the dessert menu

I love growing flowers, poppies are my faves but I dipped my toes into Dahlias this year with varied success

Either true crime/scary story podcasts or 90's/2000's music are in my ears most of the time unless I'm obsessing over the entire Stick Season album yet again and can't play anything else.

Cocktails, especially margaritas over wine any day

My favourite feeling is laughing until my stomach hurts and I can't breathe

My toxic trait is thinking that all animals will instinctively feel my loving vibes, so I will try to pat any cute animal that will get close enough to me. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I get spat on by a Llama.
