Kim and Joel planned their Dalby Wedding to take place at Kim’s family home in a beautiful garden ceremony. After a sunny/rainy/sunny again ceremony, they partied the night away in their outdoor garden reception! Some rain showers delayed the ceremony and then the sun came out shining and Kim made her way down the aisle, but only a few minutes in, the heavens opened again and poured a heavy shower down on them! Clear skies from then on meant we were able to take some stunning photos in the wheat fields on Kim’s family property and along their chickpea field lined driveway, and their gorgeous outdoor reception, lit by strings of festoon lights, went off without a hitch. The guests were treated to delicious canapes, wedding cake, a plethora of baked after-dinner treats and a fantastic band as they mingled and danced the night away under the stars. The styling in this wedding was incomparable – the bridesmaids wore mismatched sparkly beige/nude dresses, and those bouquets – be still my flower-loving heart! Joel wore a custom blue suit that worked so well with the soft earthy tones of the wheat fields.
